Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Audio Wheels, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that returns or replacements are not available for changes of mind, including preferences regarding color or design.
1. Return & Replacement Window

Customers have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.

Requests made after 10 days will not be accepted.
2. Product Condition Requirements
A product is eligible for return or replacement only if:

It is in original physical condition

It is returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice

It has no physical damage, scratches, missing parts, or signs of misuse

It is properly packed to avoid damage during reverse shipping
⚠️ Products that are damaged due to improper handling or poor repacking will not be accepted.
3. Mandatory Video Proof (Important)
To ensure transparency and avoid disputes, the following videos are compulsory:
📦 Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
Customers must record a clear, continuous video while opening the package at the time of delivery.
The video must clearly show:

The outer packaging

Shipping label
-
Unsealing process
-
Product condition inside
Without a proper unboxing video, claims for missing items, wrong products, or damaged products may not be accepted.
📦 Return Packing Video (Mandatory)
Customers must also record a clear video while packing the product for return, showing:

Product condition

All included accessories
-
Proper packaging before sealing
Failure to provide this video may result in rejection of the return request.
4. Our Discount Coupons & Promotional Offers
Audio Wheels runs the following discount coupons:

These offers apply to the total cart value based on meeting the required purchase quantity.
Important Policy for Discount Coupon Orders
If a customer places an order using any quantity-based discount coupon (AWHL15 or AWHL25):

The discount is applied based on purchasing the minimum required quantity.

If the customer returns one or more products that reduce the quantity below the qualifying threshold, the promotional condition becomes invalid.
In Such Cases:
❌ Refund will NOT be provided.
✅ Only replacement will be offered (if eligible).
Example:
If a customer:

Buys 5 products using
AWHL25 -
Gets 25% off on the total order
-
Later returns 1 product
The customer would still keep 4 products at 25% discount, which violates the promotion condition.
Therefore:

Refund is not applicable
-
Only replacement is allowed
This policy ensures fairness and prevents misuse of promotional offers.
6. First Order Coupon (NEWA10) Returns
For orders placed using the 10% First Order coupon (NEWA10):

If returned within 10 days and eligible under policy, refund will be processed.

The refunded amount will be adjusted according to the discount applied.
7. Refund Process (Where Applicable)
For eligible non-promotional returns:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
-
Processing time: 5–7 business days after product inspection.
-
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
8. Additional Notes

Replacement is subject to stock availability.

Audio Wheels reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy criteria.

In case of suspected policy abuse or fraudulent activity, returns may be denied.
9. Refund Processing & Payment Provider Delays
Once a return request is approved and the product successfully passes inspection, Audio Wheels will initiate the refund within the specified processing timeline to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

After the refund is initiated from our end, the amount is processed through the customer’s bank or payment gateway provider, such as Razorpay or any other.

Typically, refunds are credited within standard timelines; however, in some cases, delays may occur due to:

Banking procedures

Payment gateway processing times
-
Technical issues or network delays

Important Notice

Once the refund has been successfully initiated, the transaction is considered completed from Audio Wheels’ end.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account is solely dependent on the bank or payment provider.
- In cases where the product delivered is as per the order and has no manufacturing or technical issues, return or replacement requests will not be entertained.
- In case of approved replacements, the replacement item will be provided strictly within the same product category as originally purchased. Requests for products from different categories will not be accepted. For example, if a headlight is ordered, the replacement will be provided only for a headlight category and not for any other product category.
Limitation of Liability

Audio Wheels shall not be held liable for any delays, failures, or discrepancies in refund credit once the refund has been processed successfully from our side.

Audio Wheels is not responsible for any additional time taken by third-party financial institutions, including banks or payment gateways.
Payment Processing Status Clarification

If the refund status shows “processing” or “in progress”, Audio Wheels shall not be held liable for any delay, as the transaction is already under the control of the payment provider.

In case the refund transaction is marked as failed or unsuccessful, Audio Wheels will re-initiate the refund to the original payment method.

Once re-initiated, the same processing timelines, conditions, and policies will apply again.
Customer Responsibility

Customers are advised to contact their respective bank or payment provider directly in case the refund is not reflected within the expected timeframe.

Audio Wheels is not obligated to reprocess or compensate for delays caused by external payment systems.
