Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• Request is raised within 5 Days of delivery

• Product is unused and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to improper installation

• Used or physically damaged products

• Items without original packaging or accessories

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed after inspection

• Amount is credited to the original payment method within 3–7 business days
